Ingredients

One ripe banana.

Low-fat yogurt (250 ml).

A pinch of cinnamon and 1 tsp syrup

Cocoa powder (unsweetened) ½ tbsp

Handful of any seasonal berries.

How to cook?

Smoothies attracts great taste and simplicity of preparation. All you need is a blender and a little time. Mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass to puree. Coffee can be brewed in the evening, and make better use of the frozen banana. Try it, it is incredibly delicious!
